About Alex Galmeanu
Alex Galmeanu is a portrait, editorial, commercial and experimental photographer and videographer born in Bucharest, Romania. He started his career in 1992, working in the professional field from 1998. In two decades career, he was published by virtually all glossy magazines in his country (including Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, Elle, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, In Style, Men's Health pr others). He was involved in countless national and international advertising and commercial campaigns for global brands like Coca Cola, Orange, Audi, BMW, Samsung, Huawei, Raiffeisen, Veet, Philips, Toyota, and the BBC. Rexona, Avon, Oriflame, Pantene, Always, Head & Shoulders.
He graduated from the National Art University of Bucharest, and he exhibited his pictures in galleries in Bucharest, Paris, Toulouse, Nantes, Rejkyavik (Island) and Cork (Ireland). Many of his photographs are part of personal collections of art buyers around the world.
